Direct fees are those that the board charges their members upon signing up for an IDX service. These can include one-time setup or access fees, and in some cases, will include recurring fees to be paid from the member directly to the board. These fees are not collected by, or passed through, IDX Broker’s billing system.

If we have been notified of, or are of aware of any Direct Fees, the amount and the payment terms will be clearly expressed on the related coverage page.

Please note, while the fees listed reflect the information that IDX Broker is provided, they may be subject to change at a board's discretion. For more information regarding direct fees, please contact your board.

These are fees that some boards require IDX providers to pay in order to manage and deliver IDX data to their members. This can include fees that the IDX service is required to pay a third-party technology provider (i.e. Trestle^®). Depending on the fee amount and/or the number of members using the service, these fees may get passed on to our clients.

If applicable, the Data Management Fee will be listed on the board, MLS, or MLS^® System coverage page.

These are fees that some boards require IDX providers to pay in order to connect to their MLS and manage and deliver IDX data to their members. This can include fees that the IDX service is required to pay a third-party technology provider (i.e. Trestle^®). Depending on the fee amount and/or the number of members using the service, these fees may get passed on to our clients.

If applicable, the Data Management Fee will be listed on the board, MLS, or MLS^® System coverage page.

If we provide Sold Data within an IDX feed, the length of historical reference (or, how many years of Sold Data can be obtained within the feed) will be clearly expressed on the coverage page. IDX Broker limits the search and display of this data to Engage and Elite level accounts.

In some cases, there is an additional fee (and fee schedule) set by the board, MLS, or MLS^® System in order for a member to leverage this IDX data.

IDX Broker provides a platform for websites and applications to use IDX data for the search and display utilities on their properties. The service fees listed on the pricing page, as well as any applicable fees above, exclude any general membership fees related to participation in the MLS, Association, or MLS^® System in Canada.

Please note that membership in an MLS and/or participation in a board MLS^® System in Canada is a prerequisite to IDX Broker approval.
