Details

  • Lead notification emails are automatic and always go to the account's primary email address. 
  • Note that you may also use your wireless cell carrier's email address method to turn this notification into a text method (note that usage fees may apply). Below is a list of carrier email address methods that may be used: 
    • AT&T – cellnumber@txt.att.net
    • Verizon – cellnumber@vtext.com
    • T-Mobile – cellnumber@tmomail.net
    • Sprint PCS - cellnumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
    • Virgin Mobile – cellnumber@vmobl.com
    • US Cellular – cellnumber@email.uscc.net
    • Nextel - cellnumber@messaging.nextel.com
    • Boost - cellnumber@myboostmobile.com
    • Alltel – cellnumber@message.alltel.com
  • For Team/Offices users:
    • Lead notifications are sent to the listing Agent or the Agent assigned the lead via lead routing.  
    • Lead re-assignment also triggers lead notifications.
    • You have the option of being cc'd on all new lead notifications to Agents.
