The properties which are considered "featured" on your IDX account are determined by the agent ID's tied to your account. A single-user account has a single agent ID tied to it, and only that agent's properties will be included on your Featured Properties page, under Listings in the control panel, in syndication links, or in slideshows and showcases set up to display featured properties.

A multi-user account can have multiple agent ID's tied to it, which allows a team of agents or an office's listings to display as featured. However, these agent ID's are managed by IDX Broker, and the customer will not have access to modify the agent ID's tied to an account. Administrators of multi-user accounts that are adding or removing agents should contact support with the names of those agents. If your featured properties page is displaying incorrect listings, contacting IDX Broker to update the agent ID's tied to your account will often correct this.

Please note that while you can enter agent ID's on an agent's bio (multi-user only) and display their own listings on their bio page, this will not affect the account as a whole or the featured.php page.

Office ID's are only used in place of agent ID's for the largest accounts, and in no case will a single-user account be able to display an entire office's listings on your Featured Properties page.

The source of these office ID's will vary from one MLS to the next. Usually, they are MLS-provided, but will not always correspond to your license number or MLS login information.
