Supplemental listings are properties you wish to include on your website (or manage through your IDX account) other than those included in the MLS data. To add a supplemental listing, go to Listings -> Supplemental in IDX Broker. Click Add A Property to be taken to a form where you can enter in information for your listing.

Select the property type, and use the fields provided to enter in all of your listing information. Click + to expand the Remarks section and add any comments. These remarks will be visible to your visitors. After you are done, click the Add Property button to save the supplemental listing.

You will be returned to the Supplemental Listings page. After your supplemental listing is saved initially with your property information, you can add photos, open houses, and virtual tours to each listing by using the icons to the left. You also have the option of deleting supplemental listings by clicking the icon to the left of each listing.

At the bottom of the add or edit form for a listing, you will see a box labeled Display This Property? This must be selected for a listing to display on your website.

Note: Adding a property under Supplemental Listings in IDX does not submit it to the Multiple Listing Service.
