If your site navigation isn't working on your IDX pages, and it is powered by inline javascript containing special characters like \ or &, you may need to implement this workaround to correct the menu. This most commonly applies to sites built in asp.

Our system will recognize these as encoded characters and attempt to translate them, which in the case of these types of menus, can disable their functionality. To correct this, first create your global wrapper http://www.idxbroker.com/support/kb/questions/66/ locally on your computer, before pasting it into your IDX account. Then, do the following find & replace functions for your entire html document.

FIND: \
REPLACE: \\\

FIND: &
REPLACE: &

Then paste your wrapper into your IDX account. This may not cover all possible encoding issues, but should correct the vast majority.
