If images and links aren't working on your IDX pages, your wrapper probably contains relative links. Because your IDX pages are not stored in the same place as your own pages and supporting files, all links within your wrapper need to be absolute, meaning they need to start with http:// and include a complete URL. You can find help with creating and updating a global wrapper here and here.

If you purchased your account through your website designer, you should contact them for assistance. If you purchased your account from us, you can request an update by contacting our support team. Be sure to let us know your domain name or account number, and send a link to a page on your site where we can view the design to be mimicked.
