If your IDX pages don't reflect changes you've made to your website design, It's likely that you simply need an update to the global wrapper, which you can locate in your IDX account under Customize --> Global HTML Wrapper. You can find help with creating a global wrapper here and here.

If you purchased your account through your website designer, you should contact them for assistance. If you purchased your account from us, you can request an update by contacting our support team. Be sure to let us know your domain name or account number, and send a link to a page on your site where we can view the design to be mimicked.
