Round Robin Contact Routing Once you have selected a limited group of Agents, or all Agents, choose Round Robin contact routing. This will route leads to your Agents either by alphabetical ascending or descending order, custom order, or simply at random. Leads are routed when a form loads in a browser, not upon form submission. Therefore, you may find that some Agents may appear to have been skipped by the Round Robin assignment. Please contact support if you have any questions about this. Please note that in order for your group to receive Round Robin leads, you will need to move your Agents from the left column to the right column. ![]() Core Fields Contact Routing Select Core Fields in order to route leads by geography and/or by price: ![]() Set a Carbon Copy Address for Lead Notifications To CC a primary email address for every lead that is routed via round-robin or core fields, you may do so by entering an email address in the CC box. Use this option to set a carbon copy address for ALL lead notification emails that are sent out from your account. This option is very useful if the office Director or Manager would like to know when the system generates a new lead to any Agent. ![]() Agent Dropdown Menu Options
