You can enter a Google conversion tracking code under My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Conversion Tracking Code. This text area allows you to track conversions through both your advertising campaigns and Google Analytics. Google gives you a JavaScript snippet to paste on the pages you wish to track. This code builds a URL that passes parameters back to Google and also allows you to better understand your Google Site Stats. Proper installation of the code on to your site activates conversion tracking.

You should NOT place the Google AdWords Conversion Tracking Code into the header or footer of your page. This could overstate your conversion statistics and defeat the purpose of tracking.

Through the account Preferences, we have provided a means of applying the Conversion Tracking Code into each of the Conversion confirmation pages. In other words, each contact page and registration page has this code automatically applied to the confirmation (or "Thank You" page) once a contact or registration form has been completed.

To apply your Google AdWords Conversion Tracking Code, first log into your IDX account. Once inside, click on the "My Preferences" tab at the top of the page.

My IDX Preferences

Scroll down the page until you find the section for Conversion Tracking Code. Paste the Google AdWords Conversion JavaScript snippet into the form provided, and save.
