Import Leads into Top Producer

Top Producer is a 3rd party web application designed to give Agents and Offices a way to manage leads and emails. You have the option of exporting your leads for importing into Top Producer using the Top Producer 8i Import Tool.

Please note that IDX Broker offers full Top Producer integration for all new leads that sign up, or that you add to IDX Broker. If you haven't already activated Top Producer integration, please do that now. Note that the 8i Import Tool may still be required in order import your existing (not new) leads into your Top Producer account.

To export your leads, follow the directions below:

Go to Lead Management -> Export Leads.
Choose the criteria for the leads you would like to export, and click Export. Save the CSV file to your computer.
Open the CSV file in Excel or some other spreadsheet application in order to edit/review the fields.
If necessary, save your edited file.
If you have a Top Producer subscription and need to import leads into the Top Producer system, please use the Top Producer import tool described on this page. Please note that IDX, Inc is not affiliated with Top Producer and cannot provide support for the Top Producer import tool.
