1. Go to this page and click Forgot your password?

2. Enter your username or email address and click Change Forgotten Password.

3. An email will be sent to the address associated with your account. This email may not arrive immediately. After receiving the email, click the link provided or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar. It will take you to a page to enter in the verification code included in the email. Simply copy the verification code from the email, and paste it into the field provided.

4. Click the Retrieve Credentials button to display your username and password. You can now login to IDX Broker using the credentials provided.
