You have several options when it comes to tracking email updates to your current leads:

To review what your Lead receives:
  • Receive the same email automatically sent to your lead when search criteria sends them a new property listing.
  • Receive a daily Summary email of all new properties provided via email updates to all of your leads. 
Click here for more information on how to set up these two options.

To review what your Lead clicked on:
  • Login, and go to Lead Management -> Manage Leads. Click on the Email Updates Tracking link to review the currently active listings reviewed by each lead following receipt of the email update.  
In order to login and view the list of properties sent to your leads via email update, go to the Lead Management page:


When you find a lead that has received updates, click on the "Email Updates Tracking" link. A form below this text will no display the listings provides to your lead via email update, as well as the time that that the visitor/lead clicked through to view the listing.
