The Mortgage Calculator is a useful tool that helps your customers and potential clients determine their price ranges, monthly payments and down payment. A link to the calculator appears on every details page, with the price of the home already filled in.

You can also add the calculator without pre-filled values to your website. Place the Mortgage Calculator link from Account Management -> Page Links anywhere in your site navigation.

You can find customization options for the Mortgage Calculator under My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Mortgage Calculator. Use the Interest Rate and Term preference to set a default interest rate and loan term for your Mortgage Calculator page link.

You can customize the CSS for your Mortgage Calculator in the last section of the Customize --> Custom CSS page.
