You can opt to receive a summary of all of the email updates sent out to your leads by going to My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Email Update Options. Select "Summary Of All Daily Mailings" in the Carbon Copy Type preference. You can use the Carbon Copy Address field to send the summary to an email address other than the primary email address specific in the Contact Info section of your account. If blank, emails will be sent to the primary email address on the account.

The summary email will provide a brief list of all the emails that were sent out that day on your behalf. 

The summary email will look similar to the the following:

IMPORTANT NOTE: The links to "Perform Search" in the above emails are date based and will only show you the properties sent to your lead for the same day they are sent out.  For example, if a lead is sent a new listing alert on Monday and they had one match, but you click through on the link to see the property sent on Wednesday, it will not return the same set of results.  This simply performs a search based on listings for that specific date, so you will want to keep that in mind when viewing these daily reports in your inbox.
