The featured, sold/pending, and supplemental property pages allow for a sorting option not available on a standard results page. That option is to sort first by property type, then by price. This is not available on a standard results page because those searches only return one property type at a time.You can determine the sorting order for your properties by going to My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Your Properties. Use the "Property Sorting" feature to sort your featured, sold/pending, and supplemental property pages by Property Type and Price or Price Only.


Sorting first by property type can make it easier for your users to get to the type of property they want, rather than having property types they're not interested in commingled with those they want to see.
