Wordpress Users: Upgrade Your IDX Broker Plugin
We recently released a significant upgrade to the IDX Broker Wordpress Plugin. This update provides improved stability and resolves several small bugs. If you haven't done so already, please upgrade your plugin to version 1.3.9. You can download the new version of the plugin here.
ShareThis Social Media Sharing Tools
IDX Broker includes social media sharing tools built right into every property details page using the ShareThis widget. ShareThis gives your website visitors a fast and easy way to share property details via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and a host of other social media services.
To activate ShareThis on your IDX account, login and go to My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Share Property Options. Select "Use ShareThis Feature" from the Share Property Method dropdown menu. If you are interested in tracking stats related to the use of this tool, you may request a Publisher Key directly from the ShareThis site, and enter it into the field provided in IDX Broker. You can also choose to display the Widget on mouse over or on a mouse click.
Each IDX details page will include a Share Property link that will bring up the ShareThis widget and allow site visitors to send a link to that property to the social media service of their choice.

Customize the Verification Auto-Responder
When leads first sign up for a My Listing Manager account, IDX Broker automatically sends an email asking them to verify their email address by clicking a link. This verification email may be the first correspondence a lead has with you and your brand, so it's important to send the right message. You may add your own content to this email in the Lead Registration Preferences area of IDX Broker.
In the Lead Email Verification Options, you may customize both the subject line and body of the email. Click "Custom" to add your own content. Using the content editor provided, you may add text, a logo, and links to other pages of your website.

Add Sold Properties With Supplemental Listings
Do you have listings that you sold in the past that you would like to showcase on your IDX Sold/Pending Gallery? You can easily add these listings to your sold and pending collection using the Supplemental Listing tool provided in IDX Broker. Login and go to Listings -> Supplemental. Click the Add Property link to be taken to a form where you can enter in information for your listing.
Use the fields provided to enter in all of your listing information. Use the Status field to set a sold or pending status to the listing. A sold or pending status will allow the listing to display on your Sold/Pending Gallery.
Click Add Property to save the Supplemental Listing. After the initial property information is saved, you can add photos, virtual tours, and custom links. Using IDX Broker's Sold/Pending Gallery along with Supplemental Listings will allow you to build a comprehensive portfolio of closed listings to show off to prospective clients!
