My Listing Manager
Give your Leads a way to save listings and MLS listing searches with My Listing Manger - a value-added resource that is included with every IDX Broker account.
The My Listing Manager allows your Leads to save an unlimited number of saved searches. These searches trigger email updates when new listings appear in the MLS data. The new listings go out in an email that contains the primary listing photo, your custom content, and a link to the details page. If somebody clicks on an MLS listing in their email, IDX Broker tracks their activity and displays that in your Lead Management tab.
This functionality helps you build a relationship with the client, often before they are ready to buy or sell. This tool also provides valuable buyer/seller profile information; email update tracking tells you which homes they've researched, and the search criteria used.
How Does it Work?
When your Leads sign into their My Listing Manager, they will see a special menu where they may access saved searches, saved properties, and edit their information and email preferences:
Saved searches and saved properties are stored in separate sections. This allows your prospects to find these tools quickly. Simply click on the results links provided to view the current day's results, or all-time results:
By clicking on "Edit My Information," your leads may update their contact information, including email address, password, and email update preferences. If you require a password, they may change their password as well:
Of course, you may view all of your information for each Lead by logging into your IDX Broker Control Panel, and going to Lead Management -> Manage Leads. Simply click on a Lead's name to view that Lead's saved properties and searches.
You will find the My Listing Manager Signup link under Account Management -> Page Links in your control panel. Your Control Panel also provides you with a Lead Login Widget. Display this Widget anywhere on your site. You will find this in your Control Panel under Widgets -> Lead Login.
Promote Your Featured Listings
In addition to powerful MLS search tools, IDX Broker also provides some easy ways to promote your own Featured listings to you website visitors. Your featured listings are automatically pulled into IDX Broker.
Featured Properties Page Link
Display all of your listings on one page with the Featured Properties page link available in IDX Broker under Account Management -> Page Links. As with some of the other Featured Listing options in IDX Broker - your listings are automatically updated daily!
Simply place the Featured listings link into your site navigation or menu, and site visitors may view all of your listings with one click.
Note that if you don't see listings on this page, you may need to notify us that you have acquired one or more listing. We are unable to add Agent ID reference numbers for Agent accounts during setup if the Agent does not have any active listings at that time.
Featured Property Showcase & Slideshow Widgets
Display your Featured Listings prominently on your home page or any other web page by using the Property Showcase or Slideshow Widgets. Both items are located under the Widgets tab in IDX Broker. Each widget will automatically display a preview of your listings; including a thumbnail image, address, and price.
Simply copy and paste the line of code provided into your website HTML to add these Featured Widgets to your website:
Feature Your Listings On Search Results
Most Agents will want to ensure that their listings appear first to site visitors. Go to My Preferences -> Global Preferences -> Results Page Options in your IDX Broker Control Panel. If the "Feature My MLS Properties on Standard Results" option isn't already set to Yes, select Yes. This will display all of your listings first on general IDX search results, when one or more of your Featured Listings fits the search criteria.
Syndicate Your Listings
Publish your listings on popular real estate search sites (Yahoo!, Zillow, Trulia, etc.) by activating the syndication feeds provided in IDX Broker under My Preferences -> Syndication. Here, you may enable feeds to submit to third-party real estate Syndication sites. These sites are designed to help you "claim" your listings with the Syndicator. Syndication feeds contain your listings only. Note that syndication is NOT automatic, and that you will need to login to your 3rd party Syndicator account and submit the feed URL provided by IDX Broker. Customize the Verification Auto-Responder
When leads first sign up for a My Listing Manager account, IDX Broker automatically sends an email asking them to verify their email address by clicking a link. This verification email may be the first correspondence a lead has with you and your brand, so it's important to send the right message. You may add your own content to this email in the Lead Registration Preferences area of IDX Broker.
In the Lead Email Verification Options, you may customize both the subject line and body of the email. Click "Custom" to add your own content. Using the content editor provided, you may add text, a logo, and links to other pages of your website.
Take control of auto-response with your leads by customizing your verification email.
