Core and Engage enhance an existing site; Elite replaces the need for a separate website altogether.

IDX Broker Engage includes Market Reports that deliver comprehensive local market analysis at a neighborhood or city level. These reports pull live MLS data to showcase current market conditions — including median sale prices, days on market, list-to-sale price ratios, and inventory levels — for any area you define. Agents can send Market Reports automatically to leads on a monthly basis, positioning themselves as knowledgeable local market experts and keeping their database engaged over time without manual effort. Market Reports are available in IDX Broker Engage ($99/month) and Elite ($149/month).

Yes — IDX Broker Engage and Elite include sold listing data in most MLSs. This allows agents to display recently sold properties on their websites alongside active listings, giving buyers a fuller picture of the local market and giving agents a powerful tool to demonstrate their market expertise. Availability depends on your specific MLS; not all MLSs permit public display of sold listings. Sold listing data is not currently available for Canadian real estate systems.
