The Gulf Coast Regional MLS Properties can Now be Displayed with IDX Broker Search Tools

This new addition allows the agents and brokers in offices across the state of Florida to utilize the features offered by IDX Broker. Manatee is a residential multiple listing service, providing consumers and professionals access to homes for sale around the state.

The Internet Data Exchange, or IDX, is the method of extracting information from Manatee and making it available for public perusal on real estate professional’s Websites.
