IDX Broker Adds GSBMLS to the List of Multiple Listing Services Available for Search Tool Integration

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce that they are now able to offer participating real estate professionals the property listings information from the Greater South Bend – Mishawaka (GSBMLS) through their custom search tool application, IDX Broker.

The GSBMLS property listings, worth over $5 million, are formatted by the IDX Broker search application and integrated into the agent or broker’s Website. They are styled and tweaked to look like part of the existing page, the fields and search options are displayed according the real estate professionals preferences and their customer’s needs. The agent can later change any of these options from their personal administrative page as well as add on features such as slide shows and calculators, preferred property pages and use tool such as traffic monitoring statistics.

The use of search tools will help generate more exposure for agent sites, helping with lead development and client retention. The IDX-MLS relationship brings ease of searching to an otherwise data-heavy process. Real estate is now easily accessed by consumers, saving the agent time and allowing for increased productivity.
