South Central Missouri MLS is Now Accessible through IDX Broker Custom Search Tools

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce that the property listings from the South Central Missouri MLS (SCMMLS) are now available for presentation through their custom search tool application, IDX Broker. This affiliation will allow subscribing real estate professionals to integrate the formatted property data into their Websites where consumers can immediately and easily search the Missouri area real estate database.

IDX Broker simplifies and clarifies the raw data from the SCMMLS by setting it up in easy to use search forms that can be tailored to the agent or broker’s preferences. They application is made to look like the existing Webpage, the information is displayed through various options such as a basic search, an advanced search, an interactive map search and address or listing number searches. The real estate professional can later add or subtract fields or search forms and also create slide shows or mortgage calculators depending on their customers needs.  

Included with the IDX Broker search application are tools to monitor traffic statistics and help with lead generation. All of this helps the agent or broker make the best use of their MLS information possible.
