Giving Customers the Service they Deserve, Independent Brokers Realty Add the IDX Broker Search Tool

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to welcome another real estate professional who has chosen to integrate the custom IDX solution, IDX Broker, into his Website. With this search tool addition, Roger Briest with Independent Brokers Realty has opened up access to the thousands of property listings available from the Northstar MLS (Northstar). This free and simple way to view homes and land for sale will help Briest’s customers find what they are looking for at their own pace, saving them time and frustration in what can be a complex process.

Not only are site visitors able to search for homes or properties, they can also sign up for emailed updates with information on listings that have come available that fit their desired criteria, use mortgage calculators, view slide shows and various other useful options! They can choose from the variety of IDX search options such as a basic search, an advanced search (with everything from price to appliance type), an address search, a map-based search and a listing search for those who know what MLS number they want to view.

Roger Briest has created an inviting and interactive Website, and with the addition of IDX Broker, he is able to show off Eden Prairie’s available properties. He can change what criteria are displayed, how many search fields exist, what search forms can be used, how they look and where they are located. All this is done from his own administrative page where he is also able to track detailed traffic statistics and utilize lead generation tools to help grow his customer base.
