Tyler Texas MLS is now Available through the IDX Broker Search Tools

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of the Tyler Texas MLS (TTMLS) to their network of participating Multiple Listing Services. Now consumers can use the IDX Broker search tool application to view residential properties, country homes, commercial properties, waterfront properties, lots and land and other rural Tyler area real estate in an easy to navigate form.

With over $1 billion in properties, TTMLS has a great deal to offer consumers searching for real estate in the Tyler Texas area. IDX Broker simplifies this process by formatting the raw MLS data into easy to navigate and fully customizable search forms. Participating real estate professionals can integrate the search application into their Websites and choose how they want the information to display. They can have a map based search, an advanced search, a basic search, search by MLS number and even search by zip code.

The wide variety of options will increase the potential for lead generation, and with additional tools such as traffic statistics, the real estate professionals will be able to monitor the preferences of their site visitors and change their application to better fit their needs. They can add slide shows, mortgage calculators and preferred property pages.
