Geraldine Rescigno with RE/MAX Beach Home Realty uses IDX Broker to Provide Outstanding Service

Gerri Rescigno has set up her search tools so that they display a basic search, a full-color, interactive map search, an address search, a listing search and an advanced search. The advanced search includes drop down fields with everything from price to siding. She has provided her customers with featured properties listings, an email search where they can sign up for automatic emails with listing updates and a customer login that will allow them to save their searches.

Some of the other beneficial tools that IDX provides Gerri Rescigno are detailed traffic reports, lead generation tools, mortgage calculators, and slide shows. She is also able to access her search tools through her administrative page and change how they look and what fields they display.
