Michael Skillman Delivers Quality Property Listings through IDX Broker

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Skillman with Meadows Group, Inc. in Portland, Oregon to the list of real estate professionals using the IDX Broker custom search tool application. Once the search tools are integrated into Skillman’s website, visitors will have access to the thousands of Portland area properties through his local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS).

IDX (internet data exchange) functions by taking the raw property listing data from the RMLS then formatting it and integrating it into Michael Skillman’s website. The tools are made to look just like Skillman’s webpage and designed to fit his preferences and style. He has the ability to change the format, add on additional options such as slide shows and edit what criteria are displayed from his administrative page. Skillman can also watch traffic statistics and use the IDX Broker provided lead generation tools.
