• Two or more years experience with LAMP-based technology solutions.
• Proficient with PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL, HTML, XML.
• One or more years experience operating within a SCRUM or other Agile project management process.

Primary responsibilities include technical support and customer service on web-based real estate software platform. The Technical Support/Customer Service position has wide-ranging responsibilities and will be responsible for front line customer contact when support issues and technical questions arise. This position is responsible for handling inbound service and technical support issues on our software.

• Manage and own ongoing communication from user initiated requests
• Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to users on a daily basis
• Help create effective documentation and knowledge base for users

• Experienced with real time technical support with web-based software
• A good communicator and patient with customer questions and training
• Skilled in the art of communication of web-based software features
• Experienced with creating and presenting webinars
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced technical environment

• Must have working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Advanced knowledge of all web based developer plug-ins, browsers and operating systems
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress plugins, design and development
• Exceptional communication skills

Primary responsibility includes directing new leads and opportunities to our Software as a Service (SaaS) real estate platform for Realtors®. This Sales position will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales goals. This person may also be responsible for handling some inbound (inside) sales questions, and answering those questions in a timely manner.

• Identify potential customers and turn them into subscription customers.
• Must be able to explain a highly technical product in simple terms, and quickly describe the benefits and value to potential customers.
• Must be very skilled at managing time and delivering consistent results on a weekly basis.

• Experienced at selling SaaS products to the Real Estate industry.
• A good communicator and patient with potential clients.
• Skilled in the art of communicating the value of SaaS features.
• Experienced at creating and presenting webinars.
• Able to multi-task and stay on task in a fast-paced technical environment.

• Must have some knowledge of SaaS product sales and/or the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal and people skills.
