Web Application Developer (Eugene, OR)

We've been hiring new employees every month, yet we still aren't hiring fast enough to keep up with the business. We need people who can hit deadlines while helping us maintain a fun, start-up atmosphere.
You will be responsible for closing weekly bug tickets, participating in UI and workflow discussions, and building competitive branded IDX search tools for REALTORS® and their Web Designers.
- Independant work style - Able to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Proficient with PHP, MySQL, HTML, XML, AJAX & JavaScript
- A commanding knowledge of CSS for standard and mobile browsers.
- Demonstrated ability to hand code HTML without the use of a WYSIWYG.
- Someone who enjoys programming for the fun of it and takes pride in their work.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors of Science in CS, CIS, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years Web Application development experience.
- General familiarity with Scrum development processes.

Technology Sales (Eugene, OR)
Primary responsibility includes directing new leads and opportunities to our Software as a Service (SaaS) real estate platform for Realtors. This Sales position will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales goals. This person may also be responsible for handling some inbound (inside) sales questions, and answering those questions in a timely manner.
- Identify potential customers and turn them into subscription customers.
- Build and deliver webinars on various business topics that are interesting to REALTORS.
- Must be very skilled at managing time and delivering consistent results on a weekly basis.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years Web Application development experience.
- Must have some knowledge of SaaS product sales and/or the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and people skills.
- A positive attitude.

The Technical Support/Customer Service position has wide-ranging responsibilities and will be responsible for front line customer contact when support issues and technical questions arise. This position is responsible for handling inbound service and technical support issues on our software.

- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to users on a daily basis.

- Help create effective documentation and knowledge base for users.
Education and Experience:
- Must have working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Advanced knowledge of all web based developer plug-ins, browsers and operating systems.
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress plugins, design and development.
- Exceptional communication skills.
