How does it work? We simply build your very own iPhone application! Your app displays all MLS search results, your featured properties, and much more. How much time will this take? Very little. Provide us with a custom icon, screenshots, and description - or let us do most of that for you. Your level of participation is up to you. Make your IDX iPhone App into one of a kind. No Agent Code needed: Along with these custom icons, your IDX account information will be hardcoded into the App so users will go directly to your own branded search interface every time! This advanced customization can be created and submitted for approval to the iTunes App Store for a one-time fee of $1000 or $1500, depending on your choice of the iPhone or combined iPhone/iPad app. As long as your IDX (www.idxbroker.com) account is in good standing, no additional monthly service fee is required. The MLS data displayed within you app is the same as your web-based account and is therefore subject to the same MLS display rules, regulations and limitations.
